The Songwriting Club meetings will be held on the 2nd Tuesdays every month from 6 to 8 pm. at Gary A. Edwards house, 4580 Weather by Ave. Post Falls. (Take Hwy. 41 exit South on the Freeway between Post Falls and Spokane and Hwy. 41 turns into Ross Point Road then turns into Weatherby.

This Special Interest Group sub-branch of KNIFVES will focus on composing music for film, but the music can be any style.

We are looking for composers, songwriters, lyricists, technicians, recording engineers, Video and Film editors, promoters, legal advisors and anyone interested in promoting the creation and use of new music for film and video soundtracks and any other commercial purpose.

Generally the meetings will consist of members playing live or recordings of their new creations for critique by other members and seeking input and advice from others on creating and promoting the music we create either individually, or jointly so that it can be heard by the public, particularly through film and video music soundtracks.
